What you type
Facilities, shifts, minutes, session types, CPT codes and notes are stored in the app's database on your phone and go into your normal iOS backup. They are never sent to us. The app has no field for a patient's name and asks you not to put one in a note. A CSV you export goes only where you send it from the share sheet. The Apple Watch app receives a summary of the open shift from your phone and sends back the sessions you log on it; nothing else travels between the two.
Usage counts
The app sends a small number of anonymous events to a server we run: a random installation id, which screens were opened, when the upgrade sheet was shown, purchases, trial starts and lapses, and, when a shift is closed, the number of sessions and a ten-point productivity band. No minutes, codes, notes or facility names are ever included. There is no third-party analytics kit in the app. Events are kept for 90 days and then deleted.
Purchases
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. We do not see your payment details.
Your choices
Delete any shift, session or facility inside the app. Deleting the app deletes everything it stored.
