Quick answers
The percent shows a dash. Your unpaid break has not been caught up with yet — the clock starts counting once more time has passed than the break. The tray under the board shows the arithmetic.
The lock screen percent is older than the board. On purpose. The lock screen shows the percent as of your last session and a live countdown to the latest clock-out; open the app for the running figure.
Group minutes count more than the clock. Pair and group sessions are credited per person, the way most facilities track them. Switch it off per facility if only therapist time counts where you work.
Units on the cards do not add up to the total. Both rules count the day's minutes together; two short sessions on one code can make a unit together and none apart.
Apple Watch says Pro. The watch app is part of Pro; the free trial includes it.

Pro is $9.99 a year after a 7-day free trial, billed through your Apple ID. Manage or cancel it in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. Restore purchases from the facility screen in the app.
Percentages, clock-out times and units are estimates from what you enter. Your facility's and payer's rules apply.
